Wise up on H1N1

I believe this time of year with fear of different flus, viruses, colds, sniffles and coughs that at the cellular level we are perhaps in our worst shape physically, emotionally and psychologically. It is not that we have been splurging on carbohydrates and sugars that our daily activities log (dal) is empty; but I find the gaps filled in with a need or actual application of-- naps throughout the day. I have discovered in my own recordings of a food/mood journal that certain things trigger lethargy, suscetability to becoming ill through symptoms like nausea, fever or chills because I/we metabolize quickly the sugary holiday snacks, fall into the pit of 'crash' in which I/you now feel even worse. Exactly the same with an onset of some flu, or bug, or sniffly thing going around . . .

Has this ever happened to you ? What kind of treatment do you reach for and is it for specific symptoms or a systemic boost ?

The instant I feel ‘out of sorts’, and that is twice a year, I start taking the recommended dosage of Vital Yew. 1-2 capsules daily as needed or as suggested by your primary care physician. I do not have noe nor see one but consult with practitioners of both alternative and conventional methods. *I add ‘should you not have a physician please consult as much reference material on your body weight, type, blood type, any family history of allergies, and keep a food/drug/mood interaction journal the entire time you are using this drug, recording everything.

In my research on experimenting with Vital Yew manufactured by TriMedica, last year around this time was when a mere sinus ache, developed into an infection causing a rear molar tooth abscess (cause hey folks the Otolaryngologist I worked a decade for said its all connected, explaining why my face hurt, jaw ached, left shoulder ached and I was feeling twinges in my left arm). The the strongest antibiotic my body could tolerate, would not help, I turned homeopathic 100%.

Vital Yew does what it says, “supports normal cellular function” and when something like

Worried about H1N1 ?

I use the cellular level as the most basic form of explaining why I feel 'out -of- sorts' because it makes the most 'scientific' sense; although one should not exclude any cognitive, metaphysical or otherwise undefined reasoning to why the out-of-sorts feeling is weighing heavily upon our soul--because those matter also and explain more clearly. I am into holistic and alternative remedies for the small number of ailments I have experienced in my 43 years. From major bronchitis to ear infections to ovarian cysts to sinus infections and then a huge tooth abscess, yes my body has not always been at its peak of health; therefore my body-mind connection was faulty. It doesn't have to be if at the cellular level one can keep homeostatic conditions encouraged. This means working properly all the time.

I found this particular natural drug that I must share with everyone and since the article is quite long I have left this crumb for you to follow . . .

Blogging as a means of educating

Blogging has given many people an edge to being read, so I have incorporated both marketing and creative expressionism in my blogging experience, for you to enjoy from here . . .

On this profile  you can discover four separate 'avenues' I describe and use to live life 'transpersonally'.

"my crystalline moment"

A strange evolution of creativity displayed in my artwork one night, when after seeing just the moon on lake erie, I saw this in a dream later that night . . . What had caused such a colorful splash ? Is this one of the products of 'global warming' misconstrued with patterns, colors and hues, eluding me from the truth of some greater concern I cannot see past when just concerning myself with, uhmmmm . . . global warming ?

What do you think ?

Easter means what to you, exactly ?

I am just curious how people celebrate this holiday across Yuwie. We are a plethora of different sizes, characteristics, opinions, beliefs and tomorrow is an important day for nearly two-thirds of the people practicing Christianity. It seems that an organized religious movement has different streams running through it so I am asking, how do you celebrate this day ?

sharing the light . . .

To be an advisor of enlightenment principles

It is a rewarding, frustrating myriad of responsibility when having to satisfy the cognitive needs of the mind, body and spirit. As the Enlightenment Advisor I facillitate behavior modification, psychological transformation, social and financial stability, and most of all I assist in constructing and/or building the bridges between the mind, body and spirit.

I began my sojourn (a very spiritually-incorporated journey full of awareness that comes in unusual waves of pattern recognition), before my conception. The physical host was embarqued upon by a very old soul that made its way through several incarnations and just before going from a male with long black hair, playing a stringed instrument on a beach around a bonfire, suddenly became FEMALE: ME. In that the very old soul that had become Erica I. Hidvegi, now female, had to tolerate a very head-strong, abrasive, ready to take on being her 'product' so to speak and changing by way of superior instruction, each beautiful mind at a time--kind of personna. Oh what a challenge this old soul inhabiting my newly created body and personna was this one going to get.

Because I am not fearful of my own transformation, I can teach others how- when seeking enlightenment for the mind, body and spirit what- they might experience in their similar avenues of exploration. My domain I cherish as the 'babe' I conceived on the sands of Virgina Beach copulated with the tides allowed me the channel the visual, audio and textual representation of the term, "transpersonal". We live it in and around it continuously yet unfortunately unconsciously ignoring the power behind it all.

It is humorous that whatever we do, really, genuinely do with passionate interest, is the transpersonal approach we did not even know we were taking . . . For example, the term 'transpersonal' is already a house-hold word and here is why I feel this is so.

1) "You begin preparing the evening meal if it is not already completed, and you pay attention to providing yourself and your family (if you have one) a rather fortifying healthy but tasty meal. This simple act of paying attention to detail may usually be taken for granted, but "cooking has always been referred to living'; therefore from a transpersonal (in, around through, and between the joy there is something else, something affirming to the beautifully-awakened state of being we are in.

It is creating, paying attention to what will satisfy the palatte and the senses we use to enjoy our consumption. This is a higher-order of intellectual stimulation and we don't even acknowledge it as such. Shame on us ! The very essence of who we are is how we go into our modis operundai not relying just on the organ, our brain, but the creativity of our Mind . . . there is a difference you know.

2) It has been a long day, you want to unwind and relax. A bubble bath but not just with the 'mrbubble' variety, no you take the luxurious approach to satisfying an escape with exotic oils and candles, scented for the optimal 'aromatherapeutic experience'. Well folks that is a transpersonal avenue because it opens up channels you close out of inhibition, when let loose those restraints come off at the wrists and ankles. You are free, you are back to water.

That ocean of my very existence from whence I originated in, the watery environment, is where my energy recedes back into with the tide of living. The neat part is that it never dies but consistently goes in and out, in and out erasing the present caught up in the sand written across the skiens of time in hopes of being read and understood by extraterrestrial beings !

3) final example of transpersonalism is Sunday morning and you have a choice to make: attend church with fellow misconstrued believers OR go to your favorite place and just 'BE". In church you may be surrounded by your friends and even family, standing or sitting in a pew listening, kneeling, addressing a biblically-referred to 'hope' that 'he' will make things all better. Of course you have to read only his book, understand their way, and not falter to the side with momentary lapses of reason when you think, "Is this all there is?"

To find the transpersonalism in the above example is to see the discernment one would have to make in how loyal they are to indoctrination from ego or pull from deep down in a recess only spirituality can address. When in doubt and your reaching, your priest, rabbi, deacon will discourage you. i have been there I know what I am talking about. Certain issues are refrained from discussing, like reincarnation, talking to ghosts, seeing dead people UNTIL NOW.

In this 'age of aquarius' as far as a song is concerned, the mainstream thoughts are showing more and more disclosure of the not-yet known and well-misunderstood, stuff people want answers for. Resuscitating old habits only bring on repeated bad mistakes so disengage from what doesn't satisfy and go for what does !

I am ONE . . . DO YOU BELIEVE? YOU are ONE . . . DO YOU BELIEVE?  Erica I. Hidvegi, was no mistake and neither are you !  Is this human experiment just a cause for effect in the greater scheme of things that will inevitably include inter-planetary travel, greater longevity manifestation between races and cultures, agricultural sustainability, genuine acclamation to the positive effects of global warming, and to re-unite ourselves with the speirit essence of the universe by building steady bridges between the mind, body and spirit, transpersonally ?

I hope so . . .  This is how I feel 'transpersonalism' can be recognized as a household term because of the simple examples given to illustrate how we exist in todays world. Through chaos and storms, there is a calm, offered in acknowledging the transpersonal approach has been taken and it is opening doors to realms never experienced before.

I am looking forward to your arrival and interpretation to the above.

"See how in my passion I am becoming my product which is 'enlightenment' and the plethora of ways I deliver to others from my site, my articles, my message posts, my comments, my blogging, my advertising, my on-line counseling and my love for the written word ! This all makes me what I am: the Enlightenment Advisor . . . Erica I. Hidvegi, at your service . . ."
