| Profile Picture Experiment Over |

You may have read my earlier blog about how I was experimenting with a 'stolen' profile picture of a sexy girl to see if it made any difference to my page views.
When I changed the picture on 4 April, I'd had 9 page views. When I changed it back today I'd had 95. That's approximately 2.25 views a day with a pic of me, and 14.3 views per day with a sexy picture!
Of course, I was advertising the fact I was conducting an experiment, so that may have sent more people to read about it, but overall it seems to work - people are shallow and would rather view a profile of a sexy girl than me! I have to admit I'm probably one of them!!
Maybe for my next experiment I should try changing my picture to a fit bloke with his top off and see if the women are as shallow!
Of course it's all tiny amounts if I changed my picture in order to get more money - 95 page views equates to under 0.5cents in income for me!!
