REGARDING: The Emancipation Proclamation Petition.
We personally went through similar situation. Parents that were refered to us by someone that knew our story, told us a story that fits 100\% the abuses mentioned in your petition. They have a partially autistic child that went to school, was a bright student but very limited socially, and if he was toched even slightly for him it was a trouma. The teacher wanted to get rid of him immeditely, the parents refused to sign, so when the teacher saw scratches on his arms (self inflicted), he called CPS and told them of his parents negligence. Next day the CPS came with police, handcuffed the traumatized child, hit him when he resisted, while his parrents watching in horror. And now for a year he is in psychiatric care. The judge in the court dismissed testimony of a well known expert in this area, that the parent brought to the hearing (and the hearsay of the CPS was the only evidence). Both the parents are teachers in Mathematics. They have another son. Please help!!

CPS has gotten out of control, first you need people who has raised their own children and that knows something about parenthood. I personlly know of some CPS workers, who are 10 times worse in raising and taking care of their own children and homes, then the people in the homes that they are allowed to go into and take children out of . Secondly , you need to listen to the children more and not have the right to question any child without another person there. They need not take children out of the homes without knowing ALL THE FACTS. And in my opinion, CPS has way to much control over the lives of other people. It is time to give back the responsiblity to the American people so they can raise their own children. If they need help then please by all means help those that need it , but, things aren't always the way it seems. Please change the laws and give back the rights to the children and parents. And start teaching the CPS workers that they are not God.

seem to have no heart. They are trained in Marxism and Absolute
Power Corrupts Absolutely. Yes, it does.
Did you know how to join the CPS Class Action? There is one in
every state organizing.
A woman with a learning disability can lose her children. A child
can lose both parents over a dog bite. Please Be Ware our
government needs reform!
I work with the former Prosecutor of Portland. He has the experience
to write a Federal Injection. I am learning how to draft one for my family
and for others. I will get a generic one so you can study and add your
own complaint.
That is why the Legal Literacy Club.
I hope you read diligently and make notes of your testimony.
Please write up your every thought.
Please secure every detail now. So when you get the case file and
intend to prosecute or charge a bureaucrat criminally there right to
incommunicado will not be violated, as not to cause a problem for admissibility. Don't give them the grounds to object because of
'tainted testimony.
Study the local ADMINISTRATIVE RULES.
Secure your every testimony on a tape recorder and mail it to yourself
from yourself by registered mail and keep it sealed before you go and
get a copy of the CPS file. This is very important. ! That has to do with
the Sixth Amendment. The Separation of Powers and who gets to be
a witness issue. Very technical.
Go down to the court house and (bring some friends & a video camera)
so when you request your files if they refuse you will be able to tell
them my testimony is sealed so my having all this will not contaminate
the whole truth.
While you are at the Court House request to see the Judges Oath of
Office. Then after you view it request two Certified Copies of it. This
will put him on notice that you intend to bring civil suit against him.
Also get a copy of every single address, phone number, e-mail that you
can get a hold of on every party involved in your case. GET THEIR TITLE.
DO THAT BEFORE YOU GO DOWN THERE or they will hide because once
you give notice of your intention to sue they get to clam up by law.
Lots more.
Go to your Revenue Department. Collect for Public Record the
Cooperative Agreements between Court Clerk, City Commissioners,
Sheriffs Office, CPS Agency, CASA, Prosecutor, Judiciary, CO
Prosecutor, MUNICIPAL POLICE, and get the whole list of Public Servants
on the Agreement. This document is your grounds for a Federal Injunction
against the Violation of the Separation of Powers.
That is enough for now.
Lots more to do.
An Attorney will not do this for you. It is a conflict of interest.
