Tom has enjoyed Gold prospecting for 30 years. He likes writing about locating and finding the GOLD, as well as how to recover it by sluicing, drywashing and panning. He has researched and written about the Gold Rushes. A recent trip along SR49 in the California Mother Lode was very interesting and historical.
Lynn likes to decorate, and believe it or not, working is fun for her. Cleaning and painting places that need T.L.C. and see the eye appealing changes. She also is a property manager and general contractor and loves people. Usually makes friends very easily.
We really like the Game shows. Camouflage, Deal or no Deal, The Power of Ten, The Singing Bee, Smarter than a Fifth Grader, Tom's all time favorite is Wheel of Fortune.
And of course along with the game shows Lynn's favorite show is Dr. Phil.
Lynn's favorite radio program she listens to faithfully is Dr. Laura on talk radio.
Tom's Grandfather, William Lapham was a big influence in Tom's younger years, while growing up in Iowa. As an adult John K. Hanson founder and CEO of Winnebago industries was a great inspiration in his life. Still today Tom quotes many phrases learned from John K. Hanson
