Being acutely aware of my actions and non-actions regarding my contribution to keeping my environment and surroundings eco-friendly.Practising what my parents taught me when I was young,to respect Nature,People and Mother Earth.
I try and be of use to my friends and family by being there for them...even if it means just listening and not commenting,because I have learned that sometimes a person just wants to talk.
My main contribution is to make others aware of how important it is to keep our body healthy so that we can function at our optimum mentally and thus equip ourselves in a positive way.
I enjoy helping people,as it gives me great joy to when others are also happy and content.
Animals,plants and nature play a big part in my life.lam constantly aware of their presence and I try my best in contributing towards their safe ,rightful and god given presence in our environment. What Mother Nature provides us we cannot do without,and like wise she depends on us to help her provide for us too....
The person that inspired me the most was My Dad...His Honesty,Strength and tenacity.
My mother at 87..is AMAZING !!! still lucid after 16 pregnancies,hard life and 11 children alive !...stacks of Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.Still has Dreams,Hopes and Aspiration...for herself and her family.Prays everyday,after her morning bath....Great Woman...Don't make women like her any more !!
