Im a businessman, self made and mild mannered; passive but stern; smart and creative; enterprising and focused! I stay to myself mostly, but I am outgoing and humorous. Im trying to retire by age 35 so my main concentration is business transactions. I figure I can do all that frontin later, but actually have something to show for it. My game is Real Estate! Like most, Im starting with single family homes and multi-unit dwellings, eventually working my way into hotel ownership and land development. My goal is to cash out with enough assets to live very comfortably and only a few properties with equity interest for my son.
Id like to meet people of like minds who are trying to grow mentally, physically, and financially. People who have goals, trying to establish their future not living for the now. Granted, tomorrow is promised to no one, but the now is destructive and selfish. I want to establish a relationship with ones who are willing to network and help upbuild ourselves and utilize our talents to the full potential, whatever it may be. Too many of us are wasting our talents on nonproductive activities! Too many of us are going backwards or standing still! Too many of us are using excuses as to why we are not moving forward instead of searching self and changing pace! All it takes is a little direction, motivation and the will to make it happen. That’s why we are here, for networking, friendly conversation, motivation, and knowledge!

TV:
Not too much tv! My favorite show is Fox 32 news here in Chicago. I do watch real estate shows like Flip This House and rehab shows. I will watch Flavor of Love and Maury Povich, its amazing how many females still fall for the same garbage that men (or boys for the immature ones) dish out. Same goes for the men, its amazing who we put up with! Watch Cheaters, they show both sides.

Heroes/Idols:
Jehovah, Jesus, my mom, my son (he put a whole new perspective on my life), my son's baby brother (ex-wife's son, he lives with me for now), of course myself! This last one is not a hero; though we may have way too many differences between us to work things out, I would really like to thank my ex-wife for carrying my child and delivering for us a healthy little boy. She may not know it from us being at each others throats constantly, but I really appreciate her for that if not more. Thank you shorty!
